Roofing and restoration

Your inspections, scopes and photo archives can earn more than once.

Roofing, storm and water restoration companies document everything: inspections, scopes, supplements, before and after photos. AI buyers want that detail. We help you license the parts you own, keep homeowners protected and keep ownership of your files.

The records

What qualifies, and what stays out

We sort this out on the first call, before anything is offered to a buyer.

Usually qualifies

  • Inspection reports and roof or damage photos
  • Scopes of work and estimates you wrote
  • Production schedules, crew checklists and job closeout records
  • Storm response playbooks, sales training and scripts
  • Warranty records and service history, de-identified
  • Before and after photo sets with addresses and people removed

Stays out

  • Homeowner names, phone numbers, emails and addresses
  • Insurance claim numbers, policy numbers and adjuster contact details
  • Third-party measurement reports and pricing databases licensed to you
  • Files tied to open claims, appraisal or litigation
  • Photos where faces, house numbers or plates cannot be removed

If a report came from a measurement or pricing vendor, it usually belongs to that vendor. Your own inspections, photos and scopes are the core of the package.

Privacy approach

How your customers stay protected

Homeowners removed

Names, addresses, claim and policy numbers are stripped from reports, scopes and correspondence before delivery.

Photos cleaned

House numbers, street signs, faces and vehicles are blurred, or the photo stays out of the package.

Rights checked

We separate what you created from what a vendor licensed to you. Only your own work is offered.

How it works

You stay in control the whole way

  • You keep ownership. A license lets a buyer use a copy for a defined purpose.
  • We prefer non-exclusive licenses, so you can license the same records again later.
  • We collect competing bids from several buyers so you are not taking one cold offer.
  • Records go straight from you to the buyer. Utah Data Partners never holds your files.
  • Our fee is paid by you as the client and disclosed in writing before you sign anything. Ask us how it works.
